Tracy Jacques
Hi, I’m Tracy Jacques, REALTOR® and proud founder of Tracy Jacques Real Estate Inc. Born and raised in Bathurst, New Brunswick, I understand what it means to love where you live. Like many, I spent a few years in Ontario exploring new opportunities, but my heart never left the Chaleur region. In 2005, my husband—also a Bathurst native—and I made the decision to return home, and we’ve never looked back.
With a deep-rooted passion for real estate and helping others, I launched my independent business in 2018. In 2020, I joined REMAX, one of Canada’s largest and most respected brokerages, to expand my reach and resources. I’ve made it my mission to be a trusted expert in the local market, committed to guiding my clients through one of the biggest transactions of their lives.
I believe in continuous learning and personalized service. I completed the New Brunswick Real Estate Association Manager’s Course in 2022 and became a Certified Ultimate Stager™ in 2024 to better support my clients in showcasing their homes. I’m also backed by a highly skilled support team, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and professional experience from start to finish.
Thanks to the loyalty of my clients and dedication to my craft, I’ve been honoured with the REMAX Platinum Award for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023) and was recently inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame in 2024.
