Consultation
Let’s start with a conversation. We'll discuss your goals, budget, preferred locations, and timeline. I’ll also walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
Get Pre-Approved
Before touring homes, it’s smart to get pre-approved by a lender. This gives you a clear idea of your budget and strengthens your offer when you're ready to buy.
Start the Home Search
Together, we’ll identify properties that match your criteria. You’ll receive curated listings, and we’ll schedule private showings so you can explore homes in person.
Make an Offer
Found “the one”? I’ll help you craft a strong, competitive offer, negotiate on your behalf, and ensure all terms protect your best interests.
Terms & Conditions
Once your offer is accepted: We will work on satisfying all the terms and conditions in the offer such as schedule a home inspection, when applicable a water, radon test, verify that property is insurable, obtain financing, etc. I’ll help coordinate paperwork, deadlines, and ensure a smooth process.
Final Walkthrough & Closing Day
Right before closing, well do one last walk through to make sure everything is in order and any agreed-upon repairs have been completed. This is the big day! You'll sign the final documents, pay closing costs, and officially become a homeowner.
